What can I rent out?
Pretty much anything you’d like. List whatever your business or organization provides — or if you are a freelancer — list your bike, a movie projector, your backyard, even your plumbing skills. On Rentah, you are your own business.
How will I be protected?
Rentah simply connects renters and providers — we don’t sit in the middle of your deals. To stay safe, we suggest meeting in public places and discussing details before exchanging funds. We also require email and phone verification to help build trust.
What are the total fees?
Zero. Rentah is 100% free. No commissions, no hidden charges, no nonsense.
Are prices negotiable?
Absolutely. Prices are set by providers and renters — you work it out however you like.
What are my responsibilities as a provider?
Be respectful, courteous, and on time. Beyond that, it’s up to you. Want renters to come to you? Fine. Prefer to deliver? That’s fine too. Rentah was built for flexibility.
What are my responsibilities as a renter?
Same deal — be respectful, courteous, and punctual with both time and payment.
What if a provider says I damaged their item?
Inspect the item together before the rental and snap a few photos. That way, everyone’s clear on the condition upfront.
How do payments work?
Rentah doesn’t process payments. We do not tell the I.R.S how much you earned because we don’t even know. We recommend using third-party apps like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal for convenience and built-in protections.
